Debbie Lindquist


William Alton Vice President of Finance As Vice President of Finance for The Hettema Group (THG) Debbie Lindquist is responsible for all of THG’s financial functions, including accounting, audits, corporate and project finance. She brings a strong record of success overseeing finance and operations functions in major entertainment, and is a dynamic leader who effectively creates analytical tools to enhance strategic insights. Debbie thrives in fast-paced, creative environments and truly enjoys using the power of financial accounting to provide the foundation for creative teams to do their best work. Debbie comes to The Hettema Group after 25 years at Warner Bros. Entertainment, most recently as Warner Bros. Animation’s Vice President of Finance & Administration. There, she oversaw all finance, accounting, and studio operations as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with Creative, Operations and Corporate teams her responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, reporting and budgeting, accounting and franchise analyses for animated properties at Warner Bros. and Blue Ribbon Content, providing valuable insights to the creative and executive teams as they determined which projects to greenlight. She also oversaw the WBA facilities team, managing the studios multiple production spaces. Debbie received her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration & Accounting from Cal State Northridge. She looks forward to guiding THG’s financial future as the company prepares to execute its slate of complicated, challenging, and multi-faceted projects. Back to team

Maeve Scanlon, Esq.


William Alton Vice President of Business Affairs As the Vice President of Business Affairs, Scanlon is THG’s head of legal and responsible for managing the business’ legal processes from proposal commencement to project completion.  She leads project negotiations, intellectual property management, and contractual relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners.  Scanlon has spent her career in the entertainment, events, and location-based and themed entertainment industries, focusing on and specializing in contract, corporate, intellectual property, and employment law.   Her dynamic in-house approach working directly with business teams has led to strategic and strong collaborations with global clients like Warner Bros. Entertainment, Universal Studios, Disney, SeaWorld, and numerous world-class theme parks, production companies, museums, and pop-up experiences.  She has overseen and managed all legal and compliance efforts for a wide range of clients and projects, acting most recently as Global Head of Legal for Thinkwell Group, where her innovative and collaborative approach led to many successful international location-based and themed entertainment projects. Scanlon has a passion for supporting her community, and aside from previously acting as counsel for the Special Olympics World Games, sits on Boards and committees of various non-profit organizations and charities in the Los Angeles area. Ashley Huettner


William Alton Office Manager In Ashley’s capacity as Associate Office Manager, she oversees the physical operations of the organization and the four buildings that comprise the company facility. With an array of responsibilities, she’s able to exercise her skills. Previously working within an office and retail environment, Ashley anticipates, problem solves, and multitasks effectively. From planning dinners and parties to organizing the company calendar, she is your go to! When she isn’t at the office, Ashley enjoys gardening, cooking, painting and traveling. Catie Heckel


William Alton Resource Coordinator As resource coordinator, Catie oversees that each project is fully staffed and that all resources are matched to the right type of project for their unique talents. She also is the touch point for all staff to communicate their project questions and needs, and to ensure clear communication between staff, producers and talent as well as leading new employee onboarding. She has spent over 15 years working on artistic projects in the industry, directing dozens of critically acclaimed professional productions across the United States and at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. When not at THG, she works as the Production Coordinator for The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angles, directs live charity events and works with New Musicals Inc as a director, producer, singer and dramaturge. Recently, she directed a reading of a new musical with After Hours Theater Company and two productions in the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Her film In The Cloud was named as an official selection at the London Shorts film festival.  When she does get a moment to relax, she enjoys hanging out with her husband and son, going to Disneyland, and discovering the best brunch places in Los Angeles.  She is an alumni of Lincoln Center Directors Lab in New York, Directors Lab West in Los Angeles and Chicago, and holds a BA in theater and music from the University of Miami, FL. Christine Robinson


William Alton Contracts Manager Christine graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Art History. During this time, she studied abroad at Toulouse Business School to centralize her focus on French language and international business relations. She worked for several years as an administrative assistant and bookkeeping specialist before joining the THG team. She enjoys traveling, reading and hiking with her dog, Bruno. Jocelyn Orellana


William Alton Administrative Assistant Jocelyn has an immersive background with roles in Customer Service, Office Management, HR Coordination, Escrow Officer, and Team Management. With her experience, Jocelyn can take on multiple roles and tasks simultaneously with the knowledge necessary to prioritize swiftly and efficiently. Her skills have made her adaptable to change and therefore, allowed her to move up quickly in her prior roles. As a wife and mother to a daughter and son, Jocelyn enjoys spending her time with her family. Steve Cathell


William Alton Director of IT Steve’s 30-year career in Information Technology began while working at Defense Contractors in Washington DC.  He did coding for the Navy Fleet Modernization Program.  Steve moved to Southern California to lead IT at the Broadcast Center for the Armed Forces Radio and Television program.  After 9 years, he started working with telecommunications company Accurate Telecom, overseeing the company’s transition from Digital Service Offerings to Voice over IP Services. In 2014 he began at The Hettema Group, heading the IT Department, managing expansion in size and scope of services.  Steve enjoys the outdoors, gardening and all things cars.
