William Alton Show Set/Facility Monica utilizes her background in interior design to design and document immersive projects for the themed entertainment industry. Her work includes concept development, graphic design, modeling, rendering, and production documentation for hotels, theme park attractions, live entertainment, the space industry, and beyond in all phases of design. Though early in her career, Monica is a passionate proponent of story-based placemaking and making dreams a reality. Monica received her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Baylor University and worked professionally in hospitality design. She also earned a Master of Fine Arts from SCAD in Themed Entertainment Design, beginning her transition into the themed entertainment world. In her free time, she is an active member of the Themed Entertainment Association and volunteers at various events to help mentor the next generation of designers. William Alton Senior Facility Designer Robert Schuler is a seasoned facility designer with more than 27 years of experience in the field. He has a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University in Burbank, CA. With exceptional skills in architectural team leadership, engineering coordination and construction administration, Robert has worked with some of the world's biggest entertainment brands. During his tenure at Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale, CA, Robert played a vital role in the development of the original Disneyland California Adventure where he was the lead on several retail and restaurant projects and assisted on the development of Sorin’ Over California and Grizzly River Run. He later was the lead on Flik’s Fun Fair and the revitalization of Paradise Pier into Pixar Pier, which included the Incredicoaster and Inside Out attractions. In Shanghai Disneyland Resort he was the lead on Adventure Isle’ Roaring Rapids and Soaring Over the Horizon, as well as several area development amenities along with providing QAQC (Quality Control Quality Assurance) for multiple projects. In Disneyland, Robert was the architectural lead on the Advanced Works Team, making way for the development of Star Wars - Galaxy’s Edge. His work in Walt Disney World Resort – Epcot, was the architectural lead during the early phases of Guardians of the Galaxy – Cosmic Rewind.   On Tokyo Disneyland R2 Expansion he coordinated interiors packages with architecture and structural engineering for several facilities, including the Peter Pan and Frozen attractions, as well as provided QAQC for two resort hotels. Other notable projects Robert has led or contributed includes Warner Bros. William Alton Associate Art Director Having spent over a decade in Los Angeles, Samantha has experience working in multiple aspects of the entertainment industry, including having worked on an extensive number of dark ride attractions located all over the world. Highly skilled in many software programs ranging from the likes of Photoshop and Lumion to AutoCAD and Rhino, she has worked for distinguished companies such as Universal Studios Japan and Thinkwell Group, now bringing her talents to THG. Samantha has led and collaborated with teams of varying sizes, with highlights of her experience including Show Set work on the 2022 Thea award winning The Secret Life of Pets: Off the Lease attraction, and the Universal Spectacle Night Parade -The Best of Hollywood at Universal Studios Japan, as well as creating 3D visualizations for the new Dodger Stadium Centerfield expansion.  Most recently at THG, Samantha has been Art Directing for an upcoming attraction opening in 2025. William Alton Designer Teena is coming upon her 15-year anniversary in the entertainment industry, starting in theatre and transitioning into the themed entertainment world around 6 years ago. She wanted to take the story-telling skills she gained in theatre and apply them to more immersive projects in theme parks around the world. Since diving into the themed entertainment industry, Teena has worked with world renowned companies like Disney Live Entertainment, Entertainment Design Corporation, and Universal Creative.  Her talents have been used on projects varying from intimate theatre productions, lobby cruise ships designs, and epic nighttime spectaculars. In her free time she runs her own art business both online and at local art fairs. She and fellow THG employee, Jacob Lindegren, also host a podcast, where they discuss themed entertainment design.
