The Simpsons Ride is a motion simulator attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood, set inside the fictional Krustyland, a theme park dreamed up by Springfield’s own Krusty the Clown. The story finds The Simpson family on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Krusty’s newest thrill ride, only to have Sideshow Bob hijack the experience and attempt to destroy the park with guests on board. The result is a high-energy, comedy-packed adventure that brings the world’s longest-running animated series to vivid, physical life.

THG worked closely with the Universal Creative team to help transform the iconic Back to the Future: The Ride attraction at both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Studios Florida into The Simpsons Ride. THG provided ideation creative development, ride vehicle design, concept art, and show set design.
