The Temple Square Visitors’ Center serves as a new immersive gateway to one of the world’s most significant religious and cultural destinations. Developed as part of Temple Square’s broader multi-year transformation in Salt Lake City, the experience was designed to welcome visitors through a narrative-driven journey that blends architecture, media, and global storytelling.
THG Creative partnered with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to lead the creative design and full production of the Visitors’ Center from concept through opening. Designed as a central orientation point within Temple Square, the experience invites guests to explore at their own pace through a sequence of spaces that move between learning, reflection, and discovery.

The project features replicated architectural environments that offer rare access to spaces not typically visible to the public, paired with large-scale media installations, interactive storytelling elements, physical models, and original content captured across multiple countries. Throughout the experience, real voices and lived stories from individuals around the world create a sense of connection that is both personal and globally resonant.
By seamlessly integrating spatial design, immersive media, and layered narrative, THG Creative helped shape a first-of-its-kind public experience for Temple Square, one that makes complex history, belief, and purpose feel intuitive, welcoming, and emotionally meaningful for a broad global audience.
