Nichole Garza


William Alton Director of Project Development As the Director of Project Development, Nichole collaborates with clients in the earliest stages of development, understanding their goals and needs, and these into phases of design that lay the foundation for creatively and commercially successful experiences. Nichole brings over 15 years of experience in themed entertainment, live theatrical productions, and world-renowned events from both Production and Business Development perspectives. She brings the blend of these experiences to her work collaborating closely with clients and project teams, guiding the design process to create unique and memorable experiences that are aligned with clients’ vision and goals. Nichole spent many years touring with Ringing Bros., Barnum & Bailey Circus, eventually serving as the Director of Production. In this role, she was responsible for guiding the creative development of new shows, bridging the expertise of artists from the live entertainment community with the unique and particular needs of a real life three ring circus. This experience has given Nichole a broad perspective, experience working with exceptionally diverse teams and bridging the worlds of technicians, artists and acrobats, uniting them around a common vision and leading the path forward. Nichole has worked with a diverse array of clients throughout the themed entertainment and live entertainment communities including Dragone, Prince’s Paisley Park, Universal Studios, City Football Group, and The National WWII Museum. Jared Peter


William Alton Senior Producer Prior to joining THG, Jared was Production Manager at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood where he worked on the integration of complex productions including the Oscars, AFI Fest, AFI Honors, and a wide range of live events, major movie premieres, and theatrical productions. Prior to that he worked as Producer on the schematic and detail design phases of Bollywood Park in Dubai. In the eight years before the Dolby, he worked exclusively with Cirque du Soleil on the production and creation of three major productions: The Beatles LOVE in Las Vegas; ZAiA in Macau, China; and IRIS in Los Angeles. Annie Cantele


William Alton Project Manager Annie started her career in theme park project management where she developed a reputation for strong partnership and a diverse skill set. Known as the swiss army knife of her previous teams, Annie dives headfirst into every challenge thrown in her direction as she focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of project management workflows. Career highlights include delivery of VelociCoaster wearing many hats: construction management, project controls, graphic design, fabrication, and install management. Annie is now pivoting her focus to design project management, bringing her interdisciplinary background and passion for process improvement to deliver client projects on-time and on-budget. Brian Russell


William Alton Project Coordinator Brian attended Chapman University where he double majored in Strategic & Corporate Communication and Theatre Technology. While studying, he began his career through freelance digital media design and broadcast engineering, as well as working for the Disneyland Resort in their lodging and entertainment departments. At THG, Brian combines his passion for communication and technology to oversee various projects, serving as the communication conduit for vendors, independent contractors, and the client. Whether he is monitoring meetings, transmitting documents, or creating digital and physical presentation assets, he is delighted to help create experiences that transport audiences to new worlds through impactful storytelling that creates a cathartic impact. In his free time, one can find Brian researching new technologies, creating video art, watching livestreams, and experiencing location-based entertainment offerings. Charlie Otte


William Alton Senior Creative Producer Charlie Otte is a producer/director whose work crosses multiple platforms and genres. He is known for creating large-scale immersive entertainment and story-driven productions that can be seen on television, online, onstage, in theme parks, and in museums. He has worked with Disney, Universal, Busch Gardens, LA Opera, KCET,A&E, Discovery, Monty Python productions, and others. During his 5years as a Sr. Producer at Universal Creative, he completed work as the Land Producer for Minion Land at the Universal Beijing Resort in China. Additional producing and directing work can be seen online at KCET in the award-winning production Vireo, or at the Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield Illinois. He spent many years producing and directing theater, including the premier of the Philip Glass opera La Belle et La Bete. Chris Duarte


William Alton Technical Manager Chris combines his experience in architectural engineering and construction, as well as park and attraction design, in his role as a Technical Manager at THG. Chris began his venture into the amusement industry operating rollercoasters at Cedar Point and interning at the Tech Services & Engineering department at the Universal Orlando Resort. Following his graduation from Penn State with a B.A.E. in Architectural Engineering, he moved to Los Angeles to work at Thinkwell Group where he learned creative processes and client interfacing skills he continues to utilize. Chris then managed project design and construction for Palace Entertainment, designing and building several attractions while collaborating with national brands such as MATTEL and the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chris returned to his engineering roots to learn AVCL system design with On Track Themes upgrading exhibits at The Hershey Museum. Since joining THG, Chris spent many months on-site managing the construction of the new Freedom Theater at the National WWII Museum in New Orleans and continues to support ride and exhibit designs for all types of experiences. William Alton Senior Project Coordinator As a coordinator at THG, Joli combines her creative and organizational skills to help her teams generate deliverables and presentations for the project clients. Before beginning her career in the themed entertainment industry, she earned a degree in psychobiology at UCLA and worked as a graphic designer producing signage and display cases for the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame.
