Jared Peter


William Alton Senior Producer Prior to joining THG, Jared was Production Manager at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood where he worked on the integration of complex productions including the Oscars, AFI Fest, AFI Honors, and a wide range of live events, major movie premieres, and theatrical productions. Prior to that he worked as Producer on the schematic and detail design phases of Bollywood Park in Dubai. In the eight years before the Dolby, he worked exclusively with Cirque du Soleil on the production and creation of three major productions: The Beatles LOVE in Las Vegas; ZAiA in Macau, China; and IRIS in Los Angeles. Jennifer Morgan


William Alton Senior Producer Working as a creative producer, experience developer and project manager, Jennifer has managed a broad spectrum of projects for museums, theme parks, creative design firms and cultural organizations. Working both within the context of an organization and as an outside consultant, she has led multidisciplinary teams on numerous large and small exhibition projects from conception through to completion. With a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Museum Studies, Jennifer has a broad and varied educational background which allows her to approach design challenges with a unique, human-centric perspective. She is curious, creative and process-oriented with a unique point of view that lends a distinct voice to the conversation. Brian Russell


William Alton Project Coordinator Brian attended Chapman University where he double majored in Strategic & Corporate Communication and Theatre Technology. While studying, he began his career through freelance digital media design and broadcast engineering, as well as working for the Disneyland Resort in their lodging and entertainment departments. At THG, Brian combines his passion for communication and technology to oversee various projects, serving as the communication conduit for vendors, independent contractors, and the client. Whether he is monitoring meetings, transmitting documents, or creating digital and physical presentation assets, he is delighted to help create experiences that transport audiences to new worlds through impactful storytelling that creates a cathartic impact. In his free time, one can find Brian researching new technologies, creating video art, watching livestreams, and experiencing location-based entertainment offerings. Joli Lam


William Alton Project Coordinator As a coordinator at THG, Joli combines her creative and organizational skills to help her teams generate deliverables and presentations for the project clients. Before beginning her career in the themed entertainment industry, she earned a degree in psychobiology at UCLA and worked as a graphic designer producing signage and display cases for the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame. Marney Miller


William Alton Project Coordinator As a Project Coordinator, Marney oversees holistic creative execution by combining her love for collaboration and immersive art. She is driven to create experiences that are not only tangible and true to their narrative but are also spectacular for viewers. Marney was able to pursue her love of research and storytelling while earning a B.F.A. in Studio Art and Art History from New York University, followed by her M.F.A. in Applied Arts from California Institute of the Arts. In her free time, Marney can be found continuing her exploration of story by creating digital and physical art, playing video games, and indulging in movies. Nick Griffith


William Alton Project Coordinator Nick is passionate about supporting creative teams to make meaningful and impactful entertainment experiences. His architecture education from USC paired with his experience as a producer at Last Call Theatre makes him a jack-of-all-trades with an emphasis in production. When he’s not working he can be found jamming out on his guitar or crafting tropical drink concoctions. Nicole Balderrama


William Alton Senior Project Coordinator Nicole attended UCSC where she double majored in Film and Sociology. She jump-started her animation career with an internship at Creative Capers Entertainment where she worked over the years as a freelance artist and production coordinator, working with talented people on a number of Disney projects including the Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom interactive experience at Disney World Resort. Nicole also built an overflowing book, comic, and graphic novel collection while she was a manager at Vroman’s Bookstore in Pasadena.
