William Alton Director of Architecture Jodi has played an integral role in many architectural and interior design projects for The Hettema Group since 2009, including Dragons Wild Shooting at Lotte World, the Malaysia Truly Asia Center, the High Roller Observation Wheel in Las Vegas, DreamWorks Water Park, Meadowlands, and was Lead Architectural Designer for the One World Observatory experience at the World Trade Center in New York City. She is currently in charge of the architectural design for a major theme park in Asia. Jodi was Director of Design at Scenery West Design & Construction, creating turnkey projects involving multiple disciplines, specialty consultants, architectural facility interface, and show integration. She was responsible for projects including Sony’s Where the Wild Things Are attraction in Japan, Sea World’s Cirque de la Mer show in San Diego, Fort Worth Zoo’s Texas Wild! eight-acre expansion, five GameWorks entertainment centers throughout the U.S., and Oakley flagship stores. As Senior Associate at JKI International Architectural & Planning, Jodi executed multiple design/build projects domestically as well as interior entertainment facilities and attractions internationally. Jodi was also a consultant to Walt Disney Imagineering, assisting with exteriors and interiors for Disney’s California Adventure. William Alton Facility Design/ Show Set Associate Breeanna uses her background in architecture to design and coordinate drawings between clients, art directors, and within the architecture department. She provides both show and facility drawings and assembles show set packages through all stages of design. Breeanna received her Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and worked several years in high end residential. She has also done community work and urban design while living in Hawaii and received LABC’s Julius Shulman Emerging Talent Award in 2016. William Alton Experience Designer With a background and passion in architecture, Connor has dealt with projects in all facets of design. Upon graduation, he worked for a nonprofit that specialized in mixed-use projects specifically in Southern California, helping lead teams to numerous winning competitions for master plans and redevelopments. He strives for perfecting details and loves seeing projects from conception to construction. With a shift towards entertainment design and development, his background in travel and design allows a unique look at different aspects of projects, with a keen eye to the structure, constructibility, and experience.  With his renewed focus on design-centered experiences, he strives to create unique, impactful, and successful moments for visitors. William Alton Show Set Project Manager Jessica serves as the interface between the Creative and Architecture departments to develop, coordinate, and deliver all architectural /experience show packages. She manages and provide document control for all digital assets for the Architecture department as well as providing 2D and 3D digital drawing support for Architecture team. Prior to THG, Jessica spent 15 years in the home remodeling industry, gaining diverse experience in construction and project management. She graduated valedictorian with a degree in set and exhibit design before crossing over into the themed entertainment world. Sharango Kundu

William Alton Technical Director Sharango has led engineering and creative teams for over 12 years. Prior to THG, Sharango was at Walt Disney Imagineering and led a team of artists, designers, engineers, and animators from concept to field-delivery for audio-animatronic figures, special effects, show action equipment, A/V, show control, and lighting. Major projects include the Tokyo Fantasy Springs expansion at Tokyo Disney Sea, as well as the Beauty and the Beast expansion at Tokyo Disneyland. Prior to Disney, Sharango’s experience was in the automotive and aerospace industries. He led design, engineering, and prototyping efforts at Specter Motor Works, a startup kit-car company in Los Angeles, California. Prior to that, he also worked at Air Lease Corporation, Northrop Grumman, and Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne. Sharango is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, with a bachelors in mechanical & aerospace engineering and business management. Back to team

Teena Sauvola

William Alton Designer Teena is coming upon her 15-year anniversary in the entertainment industry, starting in theatre and transitioning into the themed entertainment world around 6 years ago. She wanted to take the story-telling skills she gained in theatre and apply them to more immersive projects in theme parks around the world. Since diving into the themed entertainment industry, Teena has worked with world renowned companies like Disney Live Entertainment, Entertainment Design Corporation, and Universal Creative.  Her talents have been used on projects varying from intimate theatre productions, lobby cruise ships designs, and epic nighttime spectaculars. In her free time she runs her own art business both online and at local art fairs. She and fellow THG employee, Jacob Lindegren, also host a podcast, where they discuss themed entertainment design.
